紫薯芋泥糯米凉糕

紫薯120G荔浦芋头80G鲜牛奶260G白砂糖20G水磨糯米粉150G玉米淀粉20G黄油15G炼乳适量

①150G水磨糯米粉、20G玉米淀粉、20G白砂糖、230G鲜牛奶混合到无干粉,装进一个宽的深盘子中,盖上保鲜膜,用牙签扎几下,水开后放进蒸锅蒸20分钟左右。蒸好的麻薯趁热加黄油捣拌均匀,备用。

②120G紫薯、80G荔浦芋头切片装盘,放进蒸锅中蒸30分钟左右,和30G牛奶、适量炼乳混合,捣碎成紫薯芋头泥。

③将捣碎的紫薯芋头泥放进裱花袋中备用。

④准备一个大的擀面垫,将麻薯分成3份,拿出其中一份擀成片状的长条。

⑤在麻薯片中间均匀的挤上芋头紫薯泥。

⑥将麻薯两边捏紧收口,再慢慢的拉长,让芋头紫薯泥均匀的包裹在麻薯中间。

⑦准备一把锋利的刀,将包裹好的紫薯芋泥糯米凉糕切成手指长的小段。
