②分三次倒入全蛋液,搅拌均匀

④把面团装入保鲜袋, 隔着袋子将面团擀成面饼的形状,密封放入冰箱冷藏一个小时以上

⑤先将烤箱预热至180度,再取出冷藏好的面团,擀平,放入挞盘中铺好

⑥用叉子在挞皮表面扎出足够多的小孔,放入预热到180度的烤箱中烤13分钟,取出晾凉

挞馅:①黄油放在室温下软化,搅拌至顺滑,加入糖,搅拌均匀

②分三次倒入全蛋液,搅拌均匀

⑤用刮刀将栗子杏仁奶油盛到挞皮上,大致抹平表面,放入烤箱,180度烤30分钟

原味奶油:①向淡奶油中加入糖,打发至8分发

②用刮刀将奶油涂抹到挞的表面,涂成一个小山的形状

南瓜芝士奶油:①南瓜切小块,放入蒸锅中蒸熟,或放入微波炉中加热,直至能够轻松插入筷子,取出晾凉②留少量带皮的南瓜,切小丁,待最后做装饰用③将蒸南瓜、奶油奶酪、奶油和糖全部加入搅拌机中,搅拌成泥状

④给裱花袋安好蒙布朗裱花嘴,然后将南瓜奶油倒入裱花袋中

⑤绕着挞边一圈一圈向内旋转,直至挤完所有的南瓜奶油
