滴落/半淋面是它们最常有的展现形式,并且结合市场上常见也最受欢迎的水果奶油蛋糕,它们的每一次登场总能圈住一大票的粉丝。所以当滴落/半淋面再进一步,再次改良、重新搭配,它们会带来怎样的视觉冲击呢?这个累计播放696,000+次的配方了解下……“浮云”淋面草莓蛋糕配方部分1鸡蛋140g2糖100g3玉米糖浆10g4香草精2g5低筋粉90g6融化无盐黄油25g7牛奶40g打发草莓奶油:300g打发奶油+100g草莓酱+适量红色粉装饰奶油:60g奶油+6g糖,打至6~7成发;操作步骤:1、鸡蛋、糖、玉米糖浆倒入碗中,一边搅拌一边隔水加热至40℃
2、加入香草精,用电动搅拌器开始搅拌,直至打发变白
3、筛入低筋粉,用刮刀搅拌均匀 4、将一部分面糊与黄油、牛奶先一步混合均匀,然后回倒至大碗中搅拌至均匀无颗粒 5、面糊倒入模具中,180℃烘烤30min
6、烘烤出炉后冷却脱模
7、将烤好的蛋糕分切成均匀的3份,每一层都抹草莓奶油、铺草莓粒,反复操作直至抹面完成
