①室温软化的奶油奶酪加牛奶,搅拌均匀。泡软的吉利丁片隔热水融化,倒入奶酪液搅拌均匀,加入西瓜汁搅拌均匀,倒入容器中,冷藏3小时以上,划小块备用。

②除黄油外,所有食材混合,搅拌均匀,过筛更细腻,盖保鲜膜戳洞洞,大火蒸30分钟,揉入黄油,揉成光滑面团,分割调色。

③取50克绿色面团擀薄,放入小圆碗,挤入奶油,放一块西瓜奶酪冻,再挤一层奶油,捏紧收口,造型成西瓜的样子。
