- 方子的量也可做一个7-8寸塔
- 容器尺寸不一样,烘烤时间也要调整
- 鸡蛋可以打散后加入到乳酪馅里,防止水油分离
- 松子的量可以按喜好添加
- 塔皮可以先空烤5-10分钟,防止底部被乳酪馅浸润
塔皮酥脆,乳酪馅清新不腻,是非常优雅高级的味道。ricotta相比奶油奶酪(cream cheese)也更加柔和,就很适合做Torta della Nonna,来更好地凸显柠檬的清香。酸酸甜甜,太适合夏天了!
